- Open Outlook Express.
- From the menubar, select Tools > Accounts...
- The Internet Accounts window opens. Click on the Mail tab.
- Click on the Add button and select Mail....
- The Internet Connection Wizard window opens. Enter your name then click on the Next > button.
- Enter your e-mail address, userid@650dialup.com. Click on the Next > button.
- The E-mail Server Names window is now displayed. Enter the following information:
Server Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: pop3.650dialup.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.650dialup.com
- Click on the Next > button.
- The Internet Mail Logon window is displayed. Enter the following information:
Account name: userid@650dialup.com
Password: Enter your password
- Click on the Next > button. Enter 650DialUp as the 'Internet mail account name'.
- Click on the Next > button. Select I will establish my Internet connection manually as your Connection Type.
- Click on the Next > button then on the Finish button to complete the setup.
